We kindly ask you to provide at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule by replying to your confirmation text or editing through your appointment email. For last minute cancellations please contact the shop directly.
If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. Please select a time that works best for you. After several missed appointments a pre-payment is required.
