We do receive harassment from individuals who are disrespectful, no show, too late to be seen and can’t get what they want fast enough. Sadly, in a small area people target others out of spite and ignorance. This is how service individuals make a living, our livelihood. Our policies are listed here before pressing book now and emailed to you. Reputable barbershops/salons have similar if not identical basic common policies. Private/Corporate businesses do not ask public comment on what their policies should be. If the above can apply to you and would create a disagreement, let us know. We will gladly refund our mentioned cancellation fee and decline future service. Thank you for understanding!
We do not cut children's hair under 10 years old. We take existing clients under 10, whom are grandfathered in and sit well during a service. We do not further take young kids that cannot maintain composure during a haircut. We carry sharp implementes and remaining seated during service is expected.
We discuss your hair at your appointment. Mention how you want your hair (or bring reference) so we can pinpoint what you’d like!
24 hours notice is asked so we may fill your spot. Edit your own appointment up to 24 hrs via your confirmation email/text you’ll receive prior. Please cancel or reschedule if you need to.
Last minute cancellations: Call, leave a message or text. Service total may be charged dependent on short notice. We will not be able to fill your spot.
Late: If 10 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Things happen, but running late means making the rest of the clients wait, unhappy customers and rushing services. Service total will be charged if being 10 or more minutes late occurs; and considered a no show. We will not be able to fill your spot with short notice. We do not turn away patrons who make it on time or before our allotted grace period (there in case you are behind).
No show protection: You are not charged upon entry of your card, we do not have a pre-payment. If a no show, the service total will then be charged. We will not be able to fill your spot. You may be declined future service.
