We receive a lot of inquiries, please review before scheduling to answer any questions.
• Book under the clients name.
• Select all service(s) you are requesting. Cannot squeeze in if fully booked that day.
• Covid changes: Masks are required indoor again by the OHA, wear your own. Sanitize hands at front desk and leave extra guests at home.
• Kids cuts: We take kids 10 & up. If you are an existing under 10 client, yes you may still book as long as the child can remain seated without assistance.
• Small children accompanied without an appointment are not permitted.
We have been receiving many last minute cancellations and have updated our policy.
Things happen and that’s okay! You are able to cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours through your confirmation email or text reminder. Last minute cancellations call us directly (541) 224-6644. You may be invoiced the service total if we cannot fill your spot dependent on such short notice.
If running 10 or more minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule. We do not rush our services. We provide the same detailed and quality service to each guest.
We require no show protection, this is not a pre-payment. You are not charged upon entry and we cannot see your info. Only if you are a no call no show will you be charged the service total. Please cancel or reschedule ahead of time as a courtesy to your barber.
